She walked into the room

Noon at twenty seven. Extra hot is not extra good.

Noon Nutrada Kunavivattananon walked into a room at twenty seven as CEO of one of Thailand's largest specialty coffee companies. A few years later she walked into another as the first female president of the Specialty Coffee Association of Thailand. Not a Barista tells that walk. The same week the studio paused most operations for family. The 135 ml L1GHT cups already packed still went out.

On Friday, September 11, 2026, we hold that walk to one pressure: who still sits with the cup when extra hot is the risk, and when the shot is already in the fridge.

Sprudge says extra hot coffee is not extra good for the throat. Esophageal cancer risk rises with temperature, not with the bean. Extra hot is a temperature, not a roast. Blanchard's Coffee put Ninety Three Million on a bag. Design as the name on the door. Barista Hustle cupped prebatched espresso against fresh. A podcast voice said we should be hyping this more. Another piece counts World Barista Championship time: twelve drinks in fifteen minutes. Seventy five seconds a drink. The title counts two hundred ten. The clock is the routine. Coffee Chronicler put the DeLonghi Essenza Mini on the bench. Heat in twenty five seconds. Width of a hand. Hot shots. Nice crema. Not really espresso. Easy mode. The same desk still ranks drip: Moccamaster, Aiden, Breville Precision. Peak automatic. The question is which one you live with.

A woman in the room. A bag with a number. A shot that waited. The fourth wave is not the machine that heats in half a minute. It is whether someone still walks in and sits down with the cup at a temperature a throat can keep.
